• The "fair banking campaign", established in 1990, to pressure the banks and other banking organisations to provide banking services to private individual customers and small businesses in a fair and equitable manner, to fight for consumer rights in this respect, to publish written material on relevant issues and, where possible, to challenge the banks and other such banking organisations in order to achieve the campaign's aims.

• The health information website (then sited at: www.effexorfx.freeuk.com) which I set up in 1999 to highlight the severe but often undocumented side-effects and withdrawal symptoms associated with the antidepressant drug Venlafaxine (marketed as "Efexor" and "Effexor") and my campaign to raise the awareness of the medical establishment to these problems.
